Farmer’s Market Salad with Sweet Basil Vinaigrette


2 heads butter lettuce washed, torn

2-3 of your favorite stone fruits such as peaches, nectarines, plums, pit removed and sliced
1-2 heirloom tomatoes, sliced
Half red onion, sliced
1/2 red onion thinly sliced
4 ounces cherry tomatoes halved

¼ cup pistachios, chopped

Sweet Basil Vinaigrette


  1. Arrange butter lettuce, stone fruit and, tomatoes on a large platter and sprinkle onions and pistachios on top. Dress with vinaigrette before serving. Enjoy!
