- Place all ingredients, except Grand Marnier, in a large pot. Bring to a bare simmer over medium-low heat; cook gently for 15-20 minutes.
- Add Grand Marnier. Divide among glasses; garnish each with a cinnamon stick & orange slices.
- Mulled wine keeps for about 3-4 days in the fridge.
- For a mocktail, switch out the red wine and use a gallon of apple cider.
